Work can be physically, emotionally and mentally draining. At the end of the day all what clicks on your mind is getting a good meal, hot shower and a nice sleep.
This could be an ideal situation for a single person who has no responsibility at all, but all there are always few various chores to be done at home hence leaving no time for self, family, friends and relationships.
Working the normal eight hours is quite overwhelming especially for a modern day couple or family. You find that everyone at the end of the day is too tired to think about socializing or creating time for the family.
Let’s face it, if we had someone handling this department we would be a bit relieved so that we don’t have to worry about what to eat.
Job fatigue might lead to headaches, digestive upsets, fatigue or exhaustion. Most people result to alcohol, smoking ad partying to run away from the daily work stresses.
One of the greatest major causes of the above is unsuitable environment. Various study and research indicate that if your home is clean and tidy you are less likely to suffer from the above.
